Awareness raising is vital - it reduces stigma, encourages open conversations and has the power to promote early intervention and prevention.
Together we can drive societal change, improve working environments and build compassion and social connection.
Wear our stickers with pride or put them on a takeaway cup
In Norfolk, approximately 90 people die by suicide each year. To raise awareness and tackle the stigma, we’re inviting you to do 90 minutes your way.
(if 90 people take part, that’s over £8,000 towards our suicide prevention work!)
It could be 90 minutes of walking, running, cycling, paddle boarding, swimming, gardening, painting.
Hosting a match for a cause.
Play your usual 90 minutes game (closest to World Suicide Prevention Day on 10 September) and all donate £9 of hope and support for such a worthy cause.
Run a bake of style get together as a group… you all have 90 minutes to bake any chosen treat. Then forget the judging just enjoy the taste of hope or sell your tastie creations to raise even more.
Food is such a lovely way to remmeber someone so perhaps you could bake their favourite recipe for the occassion.
Run for 90 minutes. Perhap as a group your run club could even cover 90km between you! A collective relay of 90 laps in 90 minutes, so you can choose the distance and go at your pace.
Whatever activity you choose, do 90 minutes your way.
As we look ahead, we do so with hope. Hope rooted in the progress we’ve made and the strength of our community.
With your continued support, we will keep pushing forward, ensuring that everyone, no matter their story, has the chance to be heard, to be helped, and to heal.
